About LinkBacksEverybody is saying that 83 seats are needed for a majority.
Since there are 166 seats, would it not be 84 seats that are needed for a majority i.e. 84-v-82 as opposed to 83-v-83?

It is 84. Or you could swing it on 83 if you had a "friendly" cc.
