The government through the national broadcasting company spent millions some years back on promoting genuine Irish made products. This campaign must have been against competition laws, or common sense as with Irish steel gone ,Irish paper, Irish glass, & Irish sugar gone, it was obviously on a road to nowhere bar they be promoting clay pipes. The EU spent millions on signs on our road network telling people the fact that it was EU structural funds that paid for them. The same government have put it to the people that they have supplied this infrastructure, where it was road stone and the likes that actually supplied the roads paid for by Europe. Ironically the same government has seen fit to give similar private company's a licence to charge the public for the use of the same infrastructure. Tammany hall lives on ,when in a 35k constituency you get 4 seats and in an 86k constituency you get only 3. The people get what they vote, 59% for change, 41% for franchising our future an the back of 10 years of growth, growth brought about by the ending of a penal tax regime.
