Eve of poll trick-acting. List examples here

It is a fine old tradition that candidates circulate local smears and allegations this evening. Also implausible promises, fake endorsement letters from God, Bertie etc

Last minute stuff during the media blackout so that the victim has no chance of responding.

Has anyone come across examples of this black art yet this time round?

the evening herald headline claiming 'SF thugs intimidating candidate' blah blah blah. you know the story itself is total bs when inside it alleges very little i.e SF canvasser saying 'this is our territory', but the o'reilly machine once again trys to fool people and take votes from SF. dirty and low-down. what it does do is galvanise SF supporters even more though.

total unethical and i'd like if the other media exposed it. little chance though. f*ck 'em. Tiocfiadh ar la!!!!

Then surely you'd want them to do it even more?

You should encourage it so rather than seething with anger.

Not deleted, moved to limbo. You started three threads on the same topic, one of which is still open (here). If you spam the board, you can expect your threads to disappear.

Quizy, Rebel, the 2 of yiz are so clever you came up with the same crack. well done.

No, i think having voters fraudulently influenced in their decision is bit too much of a price to pay. The degree of galvanisation isn't that great either. Once something is fairly well galvanised it becomes increasingly difficult to increase the degree of galvinasation.

Voters fraudently forced to re-consider their choices though is pretty serious stuff and if you took a moment to consider this you mightn't be so smart. Or maybe you don't really care to much for a fair system. Doesn't sound like it.
