It was a laugh to hear everyone going mad over nothing and making a mountain out of a molehill-cnocán. anyway it was a good bit of craic-fun..

You're only showing again your ignorance.

We got involved to highlight the fact that our Natural Assets were been given away and that local Communities were powerless to protect their environment. To a degree we were successful because now even without the possibility of an election soon, forestry is a political football. The Woodlandleague petition has now reached 30,000 signatures. 30,000 votes could have elected a few TDs that could have spoken for OUR comrades that are fighting in Mayo to protect MY oil and gas. Our natural assets (oil, gas, turf, carbon credits, mass rocks, blessed wells, clean water, clean air, heritage sites etc) are worth fighting for and while your crew were a one day wonder, FIS NUA -New Vision are there for the long fight.

I think the ref called a TKO after a few rounds.

These heros of sustainability were not very sustainable themselves

Was the Fís Nua candidate in Dublin West, Peadar Ó Ceallaigh, based in the constituency or was he a parachute?

One is for sure. We won't give up now. We have a big potential to grow. Rome wasn't built on a single day. Social and environmental issues will become more crucial in the future. FÍS NUA is offering a sustainable alternative to the existing parties therefore.
And Dublin West Result - O' Ceallaigh, Peadar, Fis Nua........................ 40 Votes

    Some growth...

I think Pitt the even Younger in that Blackadder 3 episode of the Rotten Borough received more votes than that!

I'm not too sure , but I think this is the guy who did a very weird interview in the Examiner about a week ago. Can't remember the exact contents but all I can recall was a sense of bafflement.

WOW, that is a decent result. I thought the only Fis Nua supporters in the Universe were myself, Sir Charles and OwedtoJoy.
