    Ethical Dilemma Regarding Posters

Arrived down to the office early today and went to check something in one of the sheds out back. Inside to my surprise I discovered ~100 election posters for the local Labour candidate all neatly stacked against the wall.

I asked one of our lads what they were doing here and he said that one of our foremen had dropped them off here to be collected this evening.

Now the ethical dilemma is do I chuck them into the back of the van and dispose of them or do I let the opposition candidate, who could oust a government candidate, come along and collect them?

My office isn't in Dublin West and they're not Joan Burton posters btw.

At the risk of being a dry oul sh1te, everyone's property is protected by law. Taking and disposing of somebody else's property is theft and criminal damage.
