29th Dail Dissolved - Election Called (Official)

The Dail has now been offically dissolved and the election has been called. At the risk of a new thread, this one is in the correct category (elections).

Sinn Féin come to this election energised by recent success in the six counties will be expecting to pick up far more transfers this time than last time.

The PDs are supposed to be launching their election manifesto this morning at 1100 Hrs in the Morrison. They don't even know what date it is (Sunday 28th rather than Sunday 29th). I guess you might say that they've been overtaken by events.

I'd go for the canned food Andrew, and a box of matches to burn all those leaflets if we have a sudden cold spell.
