Red C poll this weekend?

This evening I received a call from Red C Research but the call was cut-off. So is there a Red C poll due this weekend and what will it say? Has anyone else here received such a call and what were the questions?

Isn't that the second time they've called you?

They're certainly due one, last year they prepared one on the 7th-9th Sept, for publication on the 13th.

The last one was June.

Indeed it is - in spite of me answering the question of being contacted again with a firm "no" the first time. Maybe that is why the call this evening was cut off. Maybe some computer realised they were not supposed to call me again and ended the call (or maybe a person did after cross-referencing my details with a database for persons not wishing to be called again).

Parties were 33(FG), 27 (LP), 24 (FF). My analysis is at June2010 RedC Irish Polling Report if you're interested .... (plug plug!)

it beggars belief how ff can still garner 24% of the vote after all that has happened under their watch

Sounds the likeliest alright, though you'd think if they had it on computer they'd have a 'look-up' list that would eliminate yours when their list is generated in the first place - seems inefficient...

Nice to know its coming out anyway, it'll feel a bit more like politics as usual, although I think that'll not really kick in until the show is back on the road - it still feels a bit like the summer holidays when it comes to politics...

As a political type, with thousands of posts on this web-site, would ya not be inclined to give them the few minutes??!!

It will defy belief if it's still around the 24% after the next poll.
16% As a wild guess based on nothing at all.
Its only a chat, we ain't the world council.
In 2000 the Women's Institute in Britain gave Tony Blair the slow hand clap to demonstrate their contempt.
It was dignified, restrained and effective.Doesn't Bertie deserve the same scorn. No shouting, no abuse, no agression just a relentless slow clap whenever he speaks in public would be enough to end that man's presidential fantasy.
