Does a REDC poll come out in SBP this weekend?

    I think so.

If it does, I think FF will get a decent bounce at Labour's expense. I predict 5% of Labour's April bounce to be divided 4%-1% between FF and FG. They will maintain 2% of the 7% garnered. This is purely on the basis that nationally, they have enjoyed a far better month then any time in the past two years.

Will Lab keep the 4% they took from SF?

That's a pretty ambitious prediction! FF would be extremely happy with that!

It happened before, the last time Lab got a big bounce. Lets get real, theres only so low that FF will fall -wishful thinking alone does not win elections!

I was gonna predict that Factual would set up a prediction thread, so I was kinda correct. Of course I'd also predict that if SF are up a couple of points, Factual will claim it to be evidence of SF's long term steady slow growth strategy, while ignoring the fact that SF are lower in the polls now than they were 6 years ago.

Don't think FF have done anything in last few months to give them a bit of a lift.

Lab may drop as Gilmore's refusal to make an comment on anything begins to register. If they do slip, hopefully that vote will drift towards FG rather than back to FF.

When is next Irish Times poll due?

I've heard it suggested there's one in the next couple of weeks, can't be certain yet though.

They usually do 9-10 polls, with one dropped in the Christmas recess and one dropped in the summer recess, sometimes two.

So I expect there will be May and June polls, and possibly a July one, none in August and one in September.
