    The next constituency review

What changes will their be to the constituency map after the next election? We already know that their will be a change in Dublin West but where else should there be? Laois Offaly has a large population and looks primed for division, while it is difficult to see how Cavan Monaghan and Dun Laoghaire will keep their 5 seats.
    Any suggestions?

Kildare South to be a 4 seater..
Ireland interests are best secured within a more dynamic EU. Vote YES to Lisbon.

Looks like a strong contender alright. It's at 6% above the national average which isn't the worst, but combined with the rate of growth it will be well beyond that by the next election.

Another option would be to exchange population with Kildare North to lower the average, but they're already above average even with the extra seat so that's not likely.

There may even be a three way split in the future, possibly a Kildare North (Leixlip-Celbridge-Maynooth-Clane-etc), Mid-Kildare (Newbridge-Naas-Kildare) and South Kildare\Carlow.

Dublin North will take a seat from Dublin South. Dun Laoighaire to DW. Cork could loose another seat. Their has been talk of joining the Donegal and Kerry constituencies for years now. Leitrim won't be left divided.

That would make for some canvass!
