coughlin says by-election ''a distraction''

in an interview with the donegal democrat mary coughlin said that a by-election in donegal southwest would be a'' distraction''
quote; The tánaiste said she did not feel Donegal South West was under-represented by the failure of the government to hold a by-election after Pat ‘The Cope’ Gallagher’s election to Europe. She said a by-election would be a distraction from the serious issues the government is facing with talks ongoing with unions and re-capitalisation of the banks required. She said the constituency is probably better represented than most and the timing of a by-election would have to take into consideration other by-lections

Calamity Coughlan is in a hole, and first thing she should learn is to stop digging
You'd think Kenny committed Treason and brought in IMF. Cowen had all in stitches in Galway at 3.30a.m.but he was "not impaired" -DD Power. FF=Publican páirtí an IMF.

How good of her to decide what counts as good governance in Donegal. It amazes me that this woman has been elected in any capacity.

If it's such a distraction, let the opposition organize it. FF and the eco-freaks needn't bother standing any candidates if it'll distract the Government.

Opposition can't move a writ.
Every one sees what you appear to be, few really know what you are, and those few dare not oppose themselves to the opinion of the many, who have the majesty of the state to defend them.

She is one too many. As they say in the army, surplus to requirements.
