Late Late tonight: Party leaders body language!!!

Apparantly the Late Late tonight is going to have an international body language expert commenting upon the body language of the party leaders as they speak.

Who will be exposed as lying through their teeth as they speak? I hear Gerry Adams is the long odds-on favourite!

It was the usual inoffensive RTE stuff.

I did find the bit about Ahern's eyebrows funny though.

Saw some of it. It was one of the former Big Brother psychologists who was doing the analysis. I think that he had a book out a few years ago as well.

Berites eyebrows were funny... also shows how cunning he is, in that there is no doubt plenty of training gone into making him look all cuddly.

The best way to counteract this now, is to harp on about it..t to stop him using it again.

I suppose it would have been better had it been done on a foreign channel, as the guy was hardly going to say, "He's lying through his teeth" (which I believe he was).

I also laughed at the "Bumbling Bertie". For years I've realised that this is a ploy used by Ahern to try to make himself more human. Anyone who's ever seen him talk on Sky when in the UK, or give addresses to places like the EU or the UN will see a completely different Bertie, not a bumble in sight.

He's a cute one all right.

    And cuddly. Dont forget cuddly.

And Enda's smile. The last time I saw a smile like that was when I was looking into the tank at the SharkWorld.

Rabbitte came out best(again, the bitch).

The two most interesting clips were firstly that when Ray Bourke was making his "line in the sand" speech Bertie was looking down at his notes and not at Bourke apparently a "tell" that he didn't believe what was being said by Ray.
The other was again about Bertie looking down at his notes showing he didn't believe what was being said when Caoimhain O'Caolain was making his speech in the Dail denying any IRA involvement in the Northern Bank robbery but I also noticed that the SF TD sitting directly beside O'Caolain was also looking down at his hands and at not at Caoimhain, was that a "tell" that he didn't believe what was being said either.
    Average expenses per TD in 2011:- FG €36,412, Lab €28,756, FF €45,219, SF €44,413, SP €23,654, PBP €31,866, WUAG €49,911, IND €37,805, CC €13,112.
