Long way to go yet...post budget, National development plan bounce for the uncaring government.

As an FGer I'd like to see us higher but not despondent. I expect us to hit the mid 20s in polls as the election draws nearer, and imagine that as in 2004, 2002 and 1997 our vote will be 2 or 3 % higher than the polls would suggest.

Labopur are up on 2002 result. It's clearly game on.

Fool at 20 or 30% more FG would be ehading for an overall majority

At mid to high 20s for FG there is every chance of a change of governemnt, all to play for. Labour are consistently up on 2002 figures as are the Greens while FG's poll ratings over the past 5 years ahve been very misleading and unreliable constantly being under rated.

Even in this post budget poll FG/Lab/Green is only a couple of % behind the government

What do you mean losing it?

Your the ones being knifed, FF are looking for anybody to share power with, can't wait to ditch yee....and what have yee got in return? The Ministries of health and justice at a time when both are failing miserably and the responisibility lies squarely with the Progressive democrats...Taking the flak for a party that can't wait to find a new partner? That's what I call tragic jady

That's ridiculous. FG got only 27% of first preference in 1997.

On what planet would they need 42 or 52%?
