We stiill have unexplained work to rule events unexplained in Irish civil affairs in the DPP's office where files mysteriously find a sort of legalistic purgatory neither going foward nor back ... recently in the released chapter of the Cloyne Report there is mention of case files being found locked in a drawer of a now retired Garda's desk ... in the same report a 'retired Garda' was advising the Diocese how to minimise information on statements given to Gardai on certain matters.

The Knights of Ni may not be so visible and Odious Dei may slink around like rats in the shadows but their droppings are still to be seen in Irish affairs- and quite recently.
I don't doubt there were nefarious goings on. However at this moment...at this very point in time how many senior Public Servants are members of these organisations? I find them distasteful too but I won't accuse a whole group of people of being members without actual proof.

Similarly do you not find it amusing how on one hand public servants are deemed to be all left wing Union types and then on the other members of Opus Dei and the Knights.
