    Not sure what Cox is banging on about.

    Doesn't sound like regular maintenance to me. They are afraid to run the thing at full throttle until certain parts are strengthened. That will take a year.
    Such a parcel of rogues in a nation!

    They are playing with forces they (by their own admittence) they barely understand.

    Hopefully this ill thought out project will be abandoned and put in cold storage.
