Sinn Féin give Roma children free school meals

BBC NEWS | Northern Ireland | Free school meals for Roma pupils

Under the unfair systems set up under the British, poor Roma children were deprived of free school meals.

The above story shows that Sinn Féin Minister Caitriona Ruane has decided to give free school meals to Romanian children.

Another example of Sinn Féin putting the interests of the least well off first.

Sometimes you just have to laugh!

Factual - does it ever occur to you if they have no jobs and yet their kids are being sent to school that means the parents are local residents?

So unless they have private means to rent accomodation and pay for their own upkeep (while not working!) then they are either very rich or are indeed receiving benefits!

Like seriously use a bit of cop on!

Might you mean Roma or Romanian? Two different things as a Romanian will very definately tell you.
If SF managed to ever figure out a few things like facts or even a taxation policy we might have to worry. Still they can always still say NO to Lisbon, might mean a lot more of us needing free meals though.

On the one hand, there's so few of them in school rather than on the streets begging that at least this won't cost the taxpayer too much.
On the other hand, it shows the multi-layered delusions that afflict Sinn Fein. Starting of course with the one that PSF are not actually implementing British rule and systems.
That's Sinn Fein for ya: feeding the begging immigrants and serving their Brit masters.

You'd almost think Sinn Fein paid for the meals themselves.
Factual, a pat on the back for the taxpayers please. It's their money.

According to the school principal in that story the children were in poverty and in need of help .

Cairtriona Ruane is to be praised for acting swiftly and decisively and in the best interests of the children

Remember that the Roma living on the side of the road a few years back were exposed as liars with property in Romania, contrary to their claims to live on a rubbish dump back home. This sounds like throwing good money after bad - how can these claims be verified?

What happens when the kids grow up and end up crossing a local SF hardchaw? Stabbed or beaten to death?

Children are children no matter where they are from , they are not responsible for the actions of their parents . I personally do not give a dam who feed them once they get food . Shame on thoses who neglect them and more shame on those looking for glory for feeding them.

Its more a question of what are their parents are doing here in the first place if they can't work and are only living off other peoples backs?

Now SF supports the exploitation of Irish People!

I only hope that such stupid policies it costs you as much support north of the Border as it has down here....
