    Primary school patron recognition rules to change?

    It looks like their starting to get it. In a multi-denominational society you spread resources too thin by setting up new schools according to a specific set of religious beliefs of subsets of parents.

    One possible reason for the change is near the end of the article:

    The Minister said we will not be seeing small schools in developing areas.

    Possibly he's thinking too many small schools setting up.
