    yeah ..... i dont send my kids to school just for academic reasons ...they're also there to learn how to behave respect live and interact with the rest of society .....which is hard to do if the other 50% are excluded from your educational experience

    State schools can be mixed. Parents can home school or go private.

    Yes, I see where you're coming from. What is the evidence from countries where all levels are non-segregated? does early integration improve later academic performance? (I don't know.)
