With the Party at 2% in the polls?

    I don't think so!

Himself and Ryan spend too much time trying to get stuff done when they should be more concerned about getting re-elected. Just look at the way Gilmore does it. It isn't hard.

Getting things done? Ryan is a nincompoop who shows himself as the total technophobe in technophile clothes. Gormley is a simpleton and the ideal of the green party were washed down the political toilet with polluted water quite some time ago.

I had an interesting chat with a green councillor who has now gone over to Labour! Interesting stuff!

    LOL!

Isn't it great to be able to call people names like that, especially when your track record of getting elected to the Dáil a couple of times, and of being an effective Government Minister is so much more distinguished than theirs.

The only distinguished track record your heroes possess is their rapid grasp of getting their snouts in the trough. The rest is a whitewash. The lay down with the dogs, they now have fleas.

Without wishing to engage in personal disputes and their merits or otherwise, it is worth bearing in mind that gormless and co.'s election to government and elevation to Ministerial level was totally the result of lies and the deception of the 2007 electorate. Fact.

Their effectiveness in government is truly distinguished. Distinguished by the facts that they prop up and support the most incompetent and untrustworthy political party in the history of this State.

They have been party to and are as guilty of, the the betrayal of the poor, the old, the sick AND the young - the latter through the cut-backs in education.

It is very easy for the greens to pontificate while the Dail doesn't sit. It's their actions when it does that define their callowness.

Yep, but Fianna Fail, Fine Gael and Labour were all telling the same lies.

Only the Greens were telling it like it was, as is clearly set out in the Planet Bertie speech.

The incompetent and untrustworthy Party that the electorate consistently return to Government over and over again.

    That is democracy for you.

They have been party to and are as guilty of, the the betrayal of the poor, the old, the sick AND the young - the latter through the cut-backs in education.
The three establishment parties all supported the blowing up of the Construction Bubble in 2002. That bubble has now burst. The revenues from the bubble were used to increase Government spending, and now those revenues are no longer available.

It doesn't matter if People Before Profit became the Government in the morning, the fact that we spend more than we earn means that we have to cut back services.

As pointed out above, because of the Green Party the proportion of Government revenue that is spent on Education has grown from 16% to 25%.

They got in with the support of your lying party!

THE GREENS TOLD THE ELECTORATE THEY WOULD NOT SUPPORT FF IN GOVERNMENT. GREAT BIG LIE

2002 IS 8 YEARS AGO. BY 2007 (THE LAST ELECTION AND THE ONE DURING WHICH SARGENT AND CO. LIED TO THE ELECTORATE) LABOUR WERE SOUNDING WARNINGS ABOUT THE STUPIDITY THAT UNDERPINNED FF AND SUBSEQUENTLY WAS CONDONED BY THE GREENS IN ENTERING COALITION.

TRY TELLING THAT PIECE OF POLITICAL CODSWALLOP TO PUPILS, PARENTS AND PRINCIPALS IN AREAS SERVED BY PORTA-CABINS FOR SCHOOLS AND NO SPECIAL NEEDS ASSISTANCE IN THE CLASSROOMS.
