I don't see the grounds for a legal action. If experience is that course Z is no good, then its no good. Sure, if there was, then you could simply take action by presenting the facts that no graduate of S-IT was ever employed by Intel despite them all sending in CVs.
So, no, I don't see why this information should not be released. If the manager of Intel is making comments to the Minister for Education, in the expectation that the Minister will take some action that is informed by those comments, we most certainly should know what was said.
Enough of this paternalist 'they can't handle the truth' stuff. Probably the main reason our country has run into a wall is because the strategic direction of government policy was set behind closed doors in oh-so-complicated negotiations between so-called Social Partners. Lets see whats being said, and no decisions based on nods and winks.
