Well no because the board of management is secular in it's nature and they would be administering interview. It would be illegal for them to ask that question. If they found out after hiring that person, It would be illegal to fire them on tat basis.

Big deal. Homosexuals will get laughed at as will people with big teeth, funny shaped heads, braces on their teeth and those who are good at school. Get over it. Tell them not to tell anyone they are gay and no one will know. That is what I would do. People with physical features that are odd don't have that luxury.
