    No, to turn down an applicant on the basis of their sexual orientation is discrimination and unlawful.

    Well no because the board of management is secular in it's nature and they would be administering interview. It would be illegal for them to ask that question. If they found out after hiring that person, It would be illegal to fire them on tat basis.
