it was actually quite interesting - the new cb head is not part of the "merrion street" crowd and the clique that developed between the dept of finance and the CB. he is OUTSIDE of that.


sounds interesting. i can only hope he can bash heads as he's an outsider, but i think he's going to have one hell of a long hard battle.

David M giving him the thumbs up can only help - and in that regard, he did the right thing.
