Another question, what happens if you're a squatter and the landlord employs the 'Viper' a known criminal to remove you under the guise of debt collection?
    From the reputable Daily Mail

A couple who posed as affluent house buyers to con sellers into renting their homes before squatting in the property were facing prison today.

They made cash offers on properties with vacant possession before asking to rent the property while waiting for the sale to go through because they had already moved out of their previous home.

But the couple did not pay rent or utility bills and had no intention of ever buying the properties, the jury was told.

They repeated the scam on two different properties with a combined total value of over £800,000 and squatted in them for a total of 18 months.

How is any decent person in a position to employ criminals?

What if they hadn't pretended to buy or rent?

(Just to note, I'm not playing with the idea to squat myself. Thankfully I need not. Just thinking in principle about it, and wondering somewhat that it hasn't happened, at least we haven't heard of cases.)

Are there not groups in Ireland doing guerilla gardening? Guerilla farming would probably a bit a different issue.

Yes i know about those folks.
What im talking about is Growing large amounts of Food on empty development land to feed people. It could be a brazen option for those opposed to NAMA. We could get some of this land in limbo to feed us.

That would need good preparation, people you trust to work with, and who would stick with it, and no fear of the legal position or consquences.

You couldn't sell the food. It needed to be freely distributed or used by those involved I think.
