What big names have folded in the crises?

We've lost some famous names... some'institutions' I'd dare say. Some have utterly shut their doors, others are in receivership, examinership and every other ship without paddles.

Whats the list of the big names?

    Pubs/Hotels/Restaurants:
    Thomas Reeds (and group)
    Renards,
    Browns Barn,
    Tante Zoes (please nooooooooooooooooooo)
    Spawell (Templeogue)
    Whites of Wexford

    Retail
    Virgin/Zavvi,
    Principles,
    Sasha
    Thomas Cook Ireland

    Others:
    Zoe Developments and sundries
    Anglo Irish Bank

Read Insolvency ? Insolvency Ireland ? Insolvency News and Statistics if you want to keep track of it meaningfully.

Also, Capital Bars has sent a few places (including the George) into administration/liquidation.

(I don't work for it, but find it very handy)

On a side note, went to Tante's for the first time since Robbie Fox's troubles began last night. Bit of a let-down. They'd cut down on the sauce for the fish, and the Jamalaya (a really hearty, thick dish) was watery. Maybe I'm reading a bit too much into it, but it seems like they're cost-cutting to the detriment of the product.
