It's ironic that the OP actually uses the theoretical framework of a Christian libertarian critique of totalitarian ideology to criticise libertarianism.
These libertarians adapted Voegelin's argument that the utopian impulse motoring modern political ideologies such as Nazism and communism sprang in fact from a spiritual desire for a transcendent destiny.
"The perfect liberty they seek is the liberty of making slaves of other people." -- Abraham Lincoln

Actual morality is doing what is right regardless of what you're told. Religious morality is doing what you're told, regardless of if it's right.

yes I know, voluntarily blah blah...
You voluntarily gave up your freedom to your employer, it still remains, that you are not free and you must obey your employers orders.
In my job I have a load of managers and bosses. Despite the fact that I know more about my job than any of them, when they say 'do this', imposed with out any consultation (or reason half the time) I have to do it and I have absolutely no leg to stand on if I refuse.
You may say "well, you have the right to quit"
Great, I can quit, and live in poverty with little hope of getting a new job without a reference that says I am a good little employee who does what he's told and doesn't ask any questions.
(the kinds of good little employees that facilitated the bubble housing market, the corruption in the banks, the misselling of insurance scandals, Enron etc etc etc etc
