As for the party riding high in the polls are you really on planet earth , Lab are the only party that can brag about the polls along with FF .

We are in the mist of a global economic crisis and FG drop a point in the last one, if you think that is good well I can only feel sorry for you .
Well if you actually watched the Ard Fheis, you would see she was applauding him along with everybody else in the room, but I guess facts are trivial little things in your world.

FG is up about 5% on their GE result in 07, Storming ahead of FF for the first time ever, with that figure expected to grow over the coming weeks. Your party is down nearly 20% on their GE result, why would they be bragging?

Dont feel sorry for me, feel sorry for the 350,000 or so that have no jobs because of this FF led government and it's leader which you seem to adore so much.

You mean the devastating 20 seat gain for FG, the only party not to loose seats in the Dail that year.

No INCOME TAX increases. Of course taxes will have to be raised, I dont remember FG saying no tax increases

Glad to see Lucinda has the clap bug .

TBH Cowen done the correct thing to talk to the people. I hope the budget will be a tough one - we desparately need it. I also hope to see significant reform in the Dail and the PS. Focusing on tax would be less than half the battle.
Looking forward to Tuesday! Eh , Kinda....
