As a matter of interest how much have rents fallen in Dublin(particularly in the better parts of Dublin 4 and 6) in the last 12 months. Daft suggests 12-15%. Although that was up to last February and things have deteriorated further since that time. Also I am not sure how accurate their figures are.
I am up for a rent review and am trying to figure out how much I should ask off my rent or whether I should go elsewhere. Too early yet to buy.
