There may be a case for that, but...

Point the finger at those who are actually responsible.

    Typical Labour supporter...

Sentiment and political opertunism coming before sound economic sense.

No wonder Labour are riding high in the polls, at a time when tough decisions have to be made, they want to be everyone's friends. Cynical political opertunism.

Like I say tough decisions have to be made by the government and to hell with the do-gooders. One of these tough decisions is limiting immigration and creating a work permit system for those who are here.

We have paid our dues many times over to the EU in terms of loss of fishing territories, loss of manufacturing jobs, loss of soverignty and paying social welfare and providing jobs needlessly for the last decade. It's time we started looking after ourselves now.

Here is an Irish troll trying to stoke anti-immigrant sentiment.

I have no doubt that his motivation is so that he gets a few more euro in his weekly pay packet and that he doesn't give a toss about anyone apart from himself.

However, I think there is an element of this nasty troll in many posters on this thread.

This is the element that is going to be by far the most destructive aspect of this depression that we are heading into. Watch out.

What makes you suppose he/she is Irish and why the "troll" reference? Two unfounded assumptions in one sentence.
The truth is incontrovertible, malice may attack it, ignorance may deride it, but in the end; there it is.

Would the unemployed then have to, you know, work!

"forcing" these people to work (abroad) in return for an honest pay check is considered slavery to many on this site.

We need jobs here, not abroad. Typical anti-irish vermin, ************************ off to the Eu if you love it so much.

It is easy to say we need them but if we cannot create them then that is just empty rhetoric. I have a job so don't plan to move at the moment.

These people, can work if they want to but chose to bum off people like me.

We were idiotic to play the good Europeans. Now the bad Europeans .. Merkel and Sarko .. are having the last laugh. And we just keep on remitting our nation's Soch Dosh to Poland like gobsh1tes. There must be an end to this madness.
