I'd like a small office, 3 desks in an open plan space and one private office. Should be within 15 minutes of public transport and within 60 minutes of an airport.

- Rent?
- Electricity?
- > 10MB broadband/fibre?
- Cleaning/shared receptionist/maintainence/security?
- nice view and close to a choice of decent eateries would be nice
- some spacious parking for customers

I reckon above would cost €2,500 to €3,000 per month.

How much would the above cost in Berlin/Beijing/Toronto/etc.?
