Did Lenihan know of these issues at the time of the late night guarantee last September?
If so, did he make his cabinet colleagues in the Green Party aware of the information he had?
If not, are they bothered by the fact that they were party to a decison in the making of which their main government colleagues withheld crucial information?

apparently quinn didnt want to buy all the shares he had under the CFD and potentially the 25% he didnt want wouldve been dumped on the market decimating the share price.
at least thats what it sounded like to me.
considering the extent of his shares in anglo its entirely possible. be fun to see if theres any legs to this story.
This is probably the only time that any of the old boys club is gonna be investigated. Its just bull. What about those who had the real power in Anglo? They have also thrown the economy in turmoil. Still, even if they were investigated it'd probably be ignored by the Government... as usual
