Future of Anglo's $393m Loan In The Hands of Rabbis

I posted this minutes ago and it promptly disappeared into a black hole. Here goes again:

It appears Anglo Irish lent two New York Jews hundreds of millions, and agreed to a clause in the contract that any disagreement on repayment would be decided by a Jewish religious court. Yeah, that makes good business sense. I'm sure the taxpayer has nothing to worry about.

Just as well we had bank supervision, or who knows what they might have done.

Sounds very New World Order-esque to me...

Then again, Anglo's logo is rather masonic-looking.

They were the chief financiers of "the most expensive sale of a residential property ever in the US, at $2.4m per unit."

The truth is incontrovertible, malice may attack it, ignorance may deride it, but in the end; there it is.

    Masonic Rabbis?

Seriously, how could any Irish bank in its right mind lend money on these terms? It would be funny if the taxpayer was not picking up the tab for Anglo Irish.

Am I the only one here who thinks it is extremely stupid for an Irish bank to lend hundreds of millions to foreign Jewish businessmen, and be dependent on the decision of a Jewish religious court as to whether they get the money back?

Would you lend money on such terms?
