    While I understand that recognition is nowhere near universal there are a lot of roadsigns already which do use Irish.

    I'm talking about equal status between both Irish and English so that both languages are printed in the same size font. Currently according to the Road Signage Guidelines the Irish has to be typed smaller.

    Of course at e.g. roundabouts the Yield signs in English should be prioritised.
