I have a new packet of chops in the fridge.

Is it a recall (as in, bring back to the shop for a refund)?

Best way to do that would be throw them into a scorching hot pan for 2.5 minutes on either side and then drown them in some parsley sauce.

Maybe Brian Cowen been overdoing it on the pork chops of late? It might explain a lot, what with him being consistantly sub-par...

Think of all the supermarkets and butchers' around the country who now have to dispose of what may be well perfectly good and valuable produce. It's necessary to maintain consumer confidence and all that, but it comes at a high price. All thanks to some crook taking short-cuts.

I'm watching you, non-pork eater, trying to get rid of all the opposition.
