Is the budget now redundant due to the back tracks the gov have had to take?

You can expect a crisis a month for the remainder of this government's life span.

Hang on a second, you'd think that the government conjured up the work place car parking (i'm refering to the private sector here). These car spaces are paid for by employers. Why should employees have to pay a tax on this? Indeed, the rental of car spaces by employers for their employees goes towards the income of the "landlord" which is taxed. So in effect, the government is already getting tax for the provision of these spaces.
