    Paisley on the banking crisis.

Ian Paisley believes that the credit crunch and global banking crisis are "God's judgement" on the world for sunday trading!
Speaking in 'The Revivalist', the monthly Free P rantsheet, in an article entitled "Hands off God's day" Paisley raved:
"How are the mighty fallen! Our world is passing through a very grave time. The financial world's foundations are begging to shake and the debris of smashed business is strewn everywhere.
God gives man six days in which he can work and play. God demands from us one day for His work and worship.
Alas man, not content with six days wants to rob God, his creator, of his day.
The world without Sunday properly sanctified is a Pagan world."
So there you have it sunday trading and all of us non church goers are to blame.
The sad thing is that the protogés of this religious fanatic are in power in the 6 counties. How could such neaderthallic looders be trusted with anything? The very concept is as crazed as Paisley's economic analysis.

Blaming the current financial crisis on an angry God is normal? It's not very far along the social developmental chain from human sacrifice to appease the Gods after a bad harvest.

That's true but it's also the type of irrational superstition that has allowed govts and bankers to get away with the type of stuff that has lead to the current crisis.

The mark of the beast IS Sunday Worship. check out remantofGod.org for more information on how the Vatican is working to bring Sunday laws back on the books. The true Sabbath is and always has been Saturday, from sundown on Friday evening to Sundown on Saturday evening. IT IS NOT just the Jwish Sabbath. It is the Christian Sabbath. Sunday was instituted by the RCC in 320AD. It has no basis in scripture. As the end times approach you will see more and more of this bull about keeping Sunday as a day of rest.

It is vital if you wish to seek salvation in the Lord that you keep the Sabbath Holy.

So you'd be opposed to the back door system and qualifier games on Saturdays then? Are the GAA an illuminati front and largely to blame for the credit crunch? Is Paul Galvin the infamous 'black pope'?

But surely Bertie is a hero for putting such a loon and hate filled bigot in power?

Ah sure Bertie is great altogether, didn't he give us the lovely big US airbase at Shannon that brings in all the extra tourists; though some of them very briefly with black bags over their heads. Never asked for a penny for his trouble either.

But what about the calender reform of 1752 - should that be taken into account? They dropped 10 days in 1752, so shouldn't the day we know as Tuesday be the Sabbath?
