    Accurate Data Property drops

    Besides the drops that can be dug out manually from My home.ie-is there any other data out there that can be trusted?

    Not even the CSO can be trusted. it's time for a completely transparent national database of sale prices.

    I keep saying this and the best way is a Land Registry where everything is recorded. Can't fiddle the figures then and gives a real indication.

    They are, I get the impression the Revenue don't like sharing their info though.

    Because it deals with asking prices. Not sale prices.
