Dell extending product line in Poland: SBP

Dell is increasing their Lodz operation rapidly. Employment has already grown from 1000 to 1500 and will rise to 2500 by year end. The Lodz plant which is currently manufacturing laptops is extending into computer servers. Speculation on Limerick's future continue with these expansions. Also, Flextronics who have announced their closure in Limerick are setting up a facility in Lodz along with other Dell suppliers.
