IPW Report # 16 - 1,416 Price Drops & 87 Price Increases

This is the first weekly price drop report on the new IPW site. We hope you enjoy the new features we have added and look forward to your feedback.

We have also added PropertyNews to the list of sites we track and over time we hope to add other sites and features.

For consistency and comparison we will continue to report the number of drops per day from Daft on its own as a valuable comparison metric.

The drops per day on Daft still stands at 153.
The drops per day from all sites is just over 200.

Over the period 13th April to the 20th April 2008 there were 1,416 drops and the average drop was €30,240 or just over 8%.
Over the same period there were 87 increases.

The 1,416 properties reduced the price by €47million in total.

We will be adding new features to the site over the next few weeks so any suggestions and/or ideas are welcome.
