    Probably.

    But hopefully not. I don't think he has the political courage or ability for the dept. Dermot Ahern would actually do OK in this. He's got more of both than Martin.

    Wrong Deep Throat.

    They'll have to be really capable, There isn't as much cash around and they'll have to be be able to come up with it, or else spend less of it.
