An Accountant in private practice tells me a new scam is in vogue, involveing eastern europeans, having double identities and having two tax numbers.
aparently it is easy to get a false east european passport, and is almost impossible to check
It will pay dividends when they decide to claim double benifits.

Another scam involves Irish people using the English and Irish versions of their names to get 2 PPS numbers....
no I dont hate immigrants. I was an emigrant myself for many years.
Can't we just barcode tattoo them? And ourselves while we're at it? Back of the neck twelve monkeys style (or on the inner forearm)

You dont seem to understand the use of two tax numbers
It reduces the tax burden of the individual using them
