Does that include the rights of Irish workers who have been priced out of the labour market by cheap immigrant non union labour?
It includes the rights of all workers who have been been priced out of the labour market by cheap non union labour - whether the cheap non-union labour is Irish or not. Breaking it down by ethnic lines gives succour to the capitalists since it allows them to play one off against the other and the workers as a whole lose out.

THe only ones who are losing out are Irish workers. Immigrant workers are prepared to work for less and under poorer conditions because they are relatively better off than at home. Indeed they are a lot better off than at home. Employers use this not only to replace Irish workers but to drive down wages and underminde conditions for those Irish workers still employed in sectors heavily penetrated by immigrant labour. Hence today's effort by the gombeen hoteliers to destroy established LRC procedures. Something which if successful will have knockon effects in many other sectors.
