    Yahoo to lay-off 1000

Yahoo have announced that they will be laying-off 1000 employees as part of their annual results. The SBP speculated last weekend that there may be redundancies in Ireland. www.cnnmoney.com

They'll need to change the name of the company to 'Ballix!'

I'm enjoying the suffering Yahoo is going through. I hope they suffer, die and are put out of business. I hope they shut up shop and an ascendant Google re-employs all those who lose their jobs.

Those ************************************s in Yahoo UK & Ireland are such a shower of Anglo-centric ******************************s that I deleted them as my home-page 2 years ago.

They keep deleting the extra details for the ISEQ and Ireland, even after I emailed them about 3-4 times. Yet Yahoo "UK & Ireland" still have extra details on somehwere like Greece.

Boycott Yahoo, starve the beast. They deserve everything that's coming to them.

You're welcome. I utterly despise Yahoo in all their incarnations. I even feel compromised when looking at Flickr photos since that company is owned by those shower in Yahoo.

I don't even use Geocities. Death to Yahoo!

On the plus side, many can probably just move to Google.
Full credit to the government and the Irish economy in attracting both companies to these shores.
Such things dont happen by chance.
