There is a big difference in the amounts the asking price has dropped compared to the price a house will now actually sell at

Who is going to pay the full asking price now if they think it will be worth 90% of current value in a years time? I just dont believe that people are prepared to pay more now than they would probably pay in a years time

The current values are already less than the asking prices

Eh, sorry luv, but I'm moving the seat of European power to Dublin, if they disagree, I ensure Ireland's vote on Lisbon is "No" and they're back to the drawing boards for another 5 years. I've got them by the short and curlies so you won't be shot of me yet!

Once the Summer Lodge is tarted up to be my Presidential Palace, I may invite you to some Earl Grey and short-cake beside the croquet court.

Didnt Bertie tell people they would be foolish not to get on the ladder as they would be missing out, great fella he is.

If he didnt see this coming he is incompetent to lead the country.

If he did then he advised people to get on the ladder to negative equity.
