Bank of Ireland: Cancelling all contracts?

I have heard reports that the Bank of Ireland is; "wrapping up all projects (programming, research) and cancelling all contracts".

Has anyone seen or heard anything that can further confirm this?

Google are not the underwriters of reality, you know. Something can exist and not be in googles databases.
