Dealing with Revenue Commissioners, a pleasure

Had occassion to ring them today for the first time in years. An absolute pleasure to deal with, friendly and courteous to a fault. On mentioning it to work colleagues , it turned out that a few had been onto them in recent times and all had positive feedback. I could name a few high street department stores whose staff could take lessons from the tax office people. Thank you Andrea for getting my day off to a pleasant start. Expect a postcard from the Cayman Islands as soon as I feel safe from extraditon

I have to agree. I've never been treated with anything other than completely courtesy. For such an important civil service dept, it's great to see an esprit de corps and customer orientated mentality.
