UCD L&H's Capitalism versus Socialism Debate

Some of you might be interested in the recordings of last week's house debate from UCD's Literary and Historical Society.

Speakers included Johan Norberg, Paul Garver (Democratic Socialists of America), Kevin Cronin (UK Socialist Party), Donal Mac Fhearraigh (SWP) and lots of student speakers.

    MP3 recordings are here.

You forgot to mention Richard Boyd Barrett.

So we had two members of the Irish SWP and a member of the SPGB (who have all of 5 members). Great selection of speakers from these two islands.

As far as I know, speakers from Labour and the SP were invited too. The socialist speakers were quite good, actually.

Sanity? Sure that'd never get the crowds in... :P

Ross McGuire gave a good speech, but obviously it's not so good in just audio.

Johan Norberg was the guest capitalist. You can see the list of Proposition vs Opposition on the page I linked to.
