Today's Sunday Business Post newspaper says that Dunne's "estranged" wife is writing a book/play about the Celtic Tiger.

Am sure Gayle can tell a good auld yarn, she has had plenty of practise, doubt if it will sell as many copies of Bertie's biography also too many other books out there on the Celtic Pussy.

As ever, Gayle, with her law degree thinks she is smarter than real practising lawyers, but most of this story is behind paywall, perhaps someone could put it up.

Anyone else think her parting of the ways with Sean is a sham.

"The appeal also relates to an application to dismiss proceedings by Mr Lehane related to agreements between Mr and Mrs Dunne in 2005 and 2008 to transfer interests to her and her children in a number of assets, including a hotel called Lagoon Beach in Cape Town, South Africa, as well as properties in Dublin and Wicklow.

It is claimed those proceedings are unfair because they cover the same ground as proceedings in the US.

    Mr Lehane disputes her claims".

Oh the poor dear, thinks Lehane is unfair, while the pair of them seek to dump their debts on all and sundry and keep assets financed by borrowed funds.

This weekend's Sunday Times carries an interesting report about Bernard McNamara.

McNamara emerged from £1.01 billion bankruptcy in 2014.

But according to the newspaper, McNamara was paid €673,000 in 2015 by a firm named MB McNamara., a company incorporated in 2013.
The payment was said to be part-repayment of a loan given to it in 2013 for €1.2 million, by the bankrupt McNamara.

How could someone only discharged from bankruptcy in 2014, be able to lend €1.2 million in 2013 while being bankrupt?

Bernie has the total brass neck of a true blue FF political insider who does not give a f'ck about anyone but himself and the people who can keep him in business.

The guy needs to be fully investigated by the cops but then again his FF connections in that Forcr will save him or bury any bad news.

Bernie feels totally entitled to dump his debts through a myriad of companies onto the Irish State and taxpayers.

The Dunner and Bernie are very similar, FF being the glue that keeps them together and Ahern is close to both these guys.

DOB is mentioned in the article but he just abuses both parties as he pleases.

He was a bankrupt Irish entrepreneur, a different kettle of fish altogether.

BTW did ye ever get to the bottom of the Yesreb mystery? Those letters do happen to occur in the names of a Gibraltarian’s family.

Gayle just keeps trying it on and on, thinks she is smarter than everyone else, here's hoping Lehane does not ease back on this pair.

"Ms Dunne claimed those proceedings are unfair because they cover the same grounds as proceedings in the US.

Mr Lehane argued the US trustee had offered to assist in ensuring there was no duplication of proceedings in both jurisdictions".

Everybody is unfair to poor Gayle as she seeks her slice of Celtic Tiger borrowed funds, she could easily be a Quinn.

I have no doubt at all that it is a sham to creatively get the pair out of paying even a cent of the money they owe.
