I am not extolling its virtues, my only posts on this thread were to correct a few inaccuracies. I have reached no conclusion about the success or failure of NAMA, but you have and, rather foolishly, proclaimed them too loudly. Now put up or shut up.

It was to clean the mess up left behind by FF. We as taxpayers got to fill the void.

NAMA hasn`t been a success or failure "yet". It hasn`t done anything. It will ultimately be a failure.

It was a Developer bailout by the way, in that developers were only to be held liable for the amount paid by NAMA.

Mrs O`Reilly doesn`t get that benefit when her mortgage is in excess of her property value.
