I don't have to read anything to know that NAMA is going exactly what it was set up to do, that it isn't a "scam" FF or otherwise, that it isn't a "developers bailout", FF or otherwise and that so far in its own terms, its doing a good job.

If you know any different to the above, please show us, but nothing based purely on your preconceived bias, just a few facts will do.

NAMA is a stalling exercise, nothing more, nothing less.

You are extalling its virtues, not I.

BTW - 250m per annum in "advice".....same pigs at the trough.

I am not extolling its virtues, my only posts on this thread were to correct a few inaccuracies. I have reached no conclusion about the success or failure of NAMA, but you have and, rather foolishly, proclaimed them too loudly. Now put up or shut up.

    Developers bailout

It was to clean the mess up left behind by FF. We as taxpayers got to fill the void.

You may need to learn how to read.

NAMA hasn`t been a success or failure "yet". It hasn`t done anything. It will ultimately be a failure.

In what way will it be a failure?

Because thankfully DELUDED FF were removed from the pitch.

It was a Developer bailout by the way, in that developers were only to be held liable for the amount paid by NAMA.

Mrs O`Reilly doesn`t get that benefit when her mortgage is in excess of her property value.
