And when it comes to actually having a plan - why hasn't Enda/Eamon planned for other alternative strategies- just in case - a kinda plan B scenario. For example -why are they not prepared to adopt some ideas from the opposition for such a back up plan for when their own one fails as it is now -like stimulus and growth.

Why is a growth package all of a sudden a great idea now that Hollande has mentioned it - but was an economically irresponsible and illiterate one when Sinn Fein brought it forward during the last number of budget debates?

I dont think he plans to ruin France.
