Interesting to see a asking price rise for Sept according to DaftDrop.
The comments reveal that this recorded "rise" is on the back of a Daft.ie issue where someone has put in a wrong price.
87 price increases with an average amount of 177 million.. One bad input led to a total distortion of the figures that show prices continuing to fall.

This is 1 good explanation as to how the Asking Price Increase figure is circa €1,500,000!

So the APT Asking Price starts at €350K, drops to €299K, then reached a high of €3,950,000 & is now @ €725,000.

Ok hammer - how much do ya really think you'll get for it?

We'll get to see who is on the Ball & how much shilling is going on between shills, Daft & Davy etc

After Daft acknowledged the comment re €177 Million - Daft illustrate;-

1910 Decreases in September & only 117 Increases in September

This won't help the shill mob either

House prices have dropped to between 50-60% from their peak but are still nowhere near the bottom. They need to fall by another 20%to reflect the true value of site and replacement cost. The contrary view is simply spin from Goverment and Media empires who will benefit from rising prices.

Dublin house prices record first quarterly increase in six years - report - Property & Mortgages, Personal Finance - Independent.ie

The property sector is at least trying to spin things. Guess it depends on location and what part of DW.

Still way more asking price drops in Dublin than prices rises. And just wait until the sale prices are published in the next few weeks!
