Prosecuting Wall Street Fraud: The US Economy is A Giant Ponzi Scheme

To understand how Ireland got where we are today, its necessary to understand who invented new ways to make money - lending improperly and using derivatives to hide both the losses, and the profits.

Our problems on thsi side are as usual, but a pale reflection of what goes on in America, both currently and back in the Depression.

Someone made money back then and now, the favoured few who engineered it.

We need to send people to prison for misrepresentation and fraud and clean out the incompetent banks boards of directors.

And our own governments' treasonous strategy is economic terrorism - stop the banks lending, destroy any hope of recovery, beggar the Irish people - all in the name of returning us to competitiveness - bollocks!.

Ireland has a policy of zero enforcement for white collar crime.

I wonder can we sue our own government for gross negligence and incompetence in the European Court of Justice?

You can't sue the government because in doing so you end up screwing the tax payer yet again.
